Instructions
Rinse the berries and remove any stems.
Peel the banana and break into 4 pieces. Add these to a blender cup.
Add the berries and milk to the blender and blend until smooth.
Garnish with an optional strawberry and serve immediately.
Notes
Start with less milk and add more as needed for your preferred consistency.
Depending on the ripeness of your fruits, you might not need sweetener - but a drizzle of honey or maple syrup can boost flavor if needed.
If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more milk. If it’s too thin, add more frozen fruit or ice.
